Thames Canoe Hire – Canadian Canoe Rental River Thames
Thames Canoe Hire in our Canadian Canoes on the River Thames is suitable for complete beginners!
We rent our Canadian Canoes for £62.50 per day from our Base At Bisham Abbey, Marlow.
Suitable configurations:
2 or 3 Adults / 2 Adults with 1 or 2 Children
We always need at least 2 people to paddle these canoes and there must be 2 adults in a canoe when a child is under 12 years old.
Minimum age in our Canoes is 4 years old.
Room for picnics
Everyone gets a 50N buoyancy aid.
Smaller children will get 100N life jackets depending on their size and ability to swim.
We will carryout a quick safety briefing and instructions for all participants.
We selected our canoes because of their stability, quality and comfort.
Most Canadian Canoes have hard wooden bench seats and require extra buoyancy – which is not great.
Included is a place to store keys and a compartment to keep some clothes and dry.
We’ll supply a paddle for everyone who wants one.
The youngest age for a child to come in a boat is 4 years – we are not insured for 4 and under – sorry!
Sorry – We do not take pets in any of our boats.
