Weekdays

DETAILS:

We tend to run this in the week days, as Henley can get very busy on the weekends and bank holidays and we have chosen the quieter end of town for our entry and parking point avoiding the Mill Meadows scrum!

This is a perfect option if you want an achievable day with a couple of stops on the way, or want to get off the water earlier in the day.

We’ll launch at the bottom of Mill Lane. There is a public car park on Mill lane, and if that is full, you can often park on the road. You can leave your car at our Base at Bisham, Marlow, where you will exit at the end of your journey.

You’ll experience a paddle through Henley town and the famous Henley Regatta stretch and enter the quieter waters down stream and finish up on the lazy waters beyond Hambledon to Temple.

There are places to stop for an ice cream at Henley and Hurley, and those wanting a pub lunch can book at the Flower Pot or the pubs in Hurley.

We estimate a paddling time of between 3 to 5 hours.
